Why are my external funds missing from my dashboard?

Your external mutual funds may be missing from your dashboard due to one of the following reasons:

  1. CAS Sync Delay – If you've recently imported your external holdings via CAS sync from MF Central, it may take some time for the data to reflect in your dashboard.
  2. Folio Mismatch – Ensure that the folio number and PAN details used for syncing match those registered with your AMC. Any discrepancies can lead to missing funds.
  3. Recent Transactions Not Updated – If you've recently invested or redeemed funds, the latest transactions might not have been captured yet. Try refreshing or resyncing your holdings.
  4. AMC Data Update Delays – Sometimes, AMCs take longer to update their data, which can cause a temporary discrepancy in your dashboard.
  5. Partial Sync Issues – If only some of your funds appear, there might have been an issue during the syncing process. You can try re-syncing your external holdings via MF Central.
